Manufacturing Engineer - Novanta

Collaborated closely with the Manufacturing Engineering team on diverse assignments that involved a clearly defined set of tasks, necessitating a solid understanding of engineering principles, theories, and concepts. Contributed to the planning and coordination of operational processes for assigned products, involving the design of new systems and processes to enhance both new and existing products, as well as the introduction of innovative products.

Mechanical Design Engineer - Novanta

As a Mechanical Design Engineer at Novanta Inc., my role encompassed the design of components and subsystems for a range of products. I collaborated with cross-functional teams to guarantee that products adhered to design specifications and manufacturing requirements. Utilizing software tools like SolidWorks and ANSYS, I engaged in 3D modeling, simulations, and analyses. Furthermore, I played a key role in developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation, including drawings, bills of materials, and engineering change orders. In summary, my responsibilities as a Mechanical Design Engineer involved the design, testing, and refinement of products to meet the specific needs of the company's customers.

Mechanical Engineer - Coalesenz

I served as a mechanical engineer entrusted with enhancing the heating and cooling systems of a handheld coagulation device. My responsibilities involved adeptly utilizing SolidWorks to refine designs and meet specific specifications. This included optimizing heat conductivity in various compartments, analyzing heat-to-voltage data acquisition for the manually crafted blood heating plates, and developing clear work instructions for new assembly criteria without compromising the design for board manufacturers.
